Today (March 12), OMV's Chief Financial Officer informed the employees of Gas Connect Austria about a possible change in the ownership structure. VERBUND AG is considering the strategic and economic acquisi-tion of OMV's 51% share in Gas Connect Austria. OMV and VERBUND have agreed on exclusivity in this respect, as stated in an ad hoc announcement.
