Network and Information Systems Security Act Notice

Gas Connect Austria GmbH is an operator of critical infrastructure within the meaning of the Austrian Network and Information Systems Security Act ("NIS Act"). The NIS Act implements the European Union's Directive on Security of Network and Information Systems (NIS Directive) into Austrian law.

The NIS Act and the implementing provisions adopted thereunder require Gas Connect Austria to comply with the obligations arising from them, in particular to implement appropriate security measures and to report security incidents without undue delay.

Suppliers and business partners of Gas Connect Austria shall be aware of these obligations and shall not, without prior consultation with Gas Connect Austria, undertake any actions that could impair or hinder Gas Connect Austria's compliance with them.

To the extent necessary for Gas Connect Austria to fulfil the above obligations, its suppliers and business partners shall provide any information and assistance reasonably required for this purpose.
